Types of Lifestyle

 There are many different types of lifestyles, including:

  • Active lifestyleInvolves physical activity throughout the day.
  •  Healthy lifestyleA lifestyle that involves habits such as eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep.
  •  Sedentary lifestyleA lifestyle that involves little to no physical activity, such as an office worker who doesn't exercise.
  •  Rural lifestyleA lifestyle that involves living in a rural area.
  •  Urban lifestyleA lifestyle that involves living in an urban area. 
Lifestyle can also be classified into groups based on physical activity level, such as light active, moderate active, and active.

Lifestyle is a person's day-to-day behaviors and activities, including their job, diet, and fun. Researchers have become increasingly interested in lifestyle as a factor in health in recent decades.
